The Inca Trail trek is the most famous hike in the world, the four-day Inca Trail trek, is hiked by thousands every year. The number of visitors allowed to tackle the four-day Classic Inca Trail trek to the ancient citadel in Peru is limited to 500 per day, with permits bookable only through tour operators, and often sold out 9 months in advance.
The annual permit quota is usually released in December and January, with travel agents scrambling to secure their clients’ places on a first-come-first-served basis. However, it has been revealed that the 2020 permits will go on sale on October 1, 2019. Three months in advance, sparking concern that those unaware could be caught out.

We are involved in a number of projects and deeply believe nourishing our future generations and their access to education is vital in our world today.
